Terms & Conditions for weddings & Events

Deposit/ Payment

I require a minimum of three people for hair & makeup to travel out on your wedding day.

A non-refundable booking fee of $100 for hair or $200 for hair & make up is required to secure your wedding or event date.

Wedding invoice payment is due 7 days prior to your wedding date via EFT, or by Cash payment on the day. Please note cash payment will be collected prior to starting hair/ & or makeup.

Travel, Parking & Early Morning Fees

An early morning fee from $50 per Stylist will apply before 6 am from $50 fee for additional stylists.

Travel fees start from $25 to $150 per Stylist for weddings outside the Brisbane Metro area, Interstate & Overseas destination wedding bookings – return flights & accommodation must be paid on top of our hair & make-up fees.

A $50 parking fee will apply for to cover valet parking at the hotel if parking is not provided complimentary.

Cancellations / Changes

Booking Fees are non-refundable. If you need to postpone, change or cancel your wedding date; please inform me as soon as possible.

Please notify of any location changes as soon as possible. This may modify the price of your quote due to travel fees, early start, & other factors.


If I am unwell on the day of your trial, I will call you to reschedule.

In the unlikely event that I am extremely sick, hospitalised or unable to work on your wedding/event due to an extreme, unforeseen tragic circumstances, I will do my best to organise another artist.

Hair Requirements

Please note hair must be washed & blow dried the day before the wedding or event if hair is wet on the day of the wedding an additional $50 fee will apply for a blow-dry. Hair is only to be washed the morning of the wedding or event if having a blow-dry only.

I may use your photographs on my website, portfolio & promotional material; please inform me if you do not wish me to do so.

By paying a booking fee, you are confirming that you agree to the above terms & conditions.
